Convenient location - the center, the staff are friendly, no question goes to meet the wishes of the guests (settled before departure later). Good breakfast. The hotel has a business lunch.

Superior room is very spacious with large windows. In addition to the bed there is a sofa and two chairs, which form the seating area. Big TV. The room is clean. Good breakfast. In two minutes the subway station, plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance.

The choice of the hotel was not easy because of the great amount of offers. That hotel is situated on the central pedestrian street, accross the hotel Chaliapin, not bad view. All sights are near the hotel and accessible on foot. Service is not bad, breakfast is tasty and you is served by waitor. Our room was big and clean, so you can believe the photoes. And three towels per person, not bad. A little bit noisy because all windows of the room were on central street, but if you were tired it won't matter.

The hotel is right opposite the famous Chapel and Shalyapin monument. My room was spacious and comfortable, there was even sauna in the room, I used it for additional payment. I loved staying there

Excellent location, close to the main shopping street and the Tukay Square transport hub and within easy walking distance of the main tourist sights. Bright rooms with rather sagging beds and decent bathrooms.
